A healthy, confident smile can make a real difference to how you feel. At TANDZORG.NL, we work with you to create a smile that reflects your individual wishes while always prioritising your dental health.
Consultation
Before any cosmetic treatment is considered, we first schedule a cosmetic consultation with you. During this appointment, you can discuss your wishes and expectations regarding the appearance of your teeth and smile.
Your dentist will assess the natural characteristics of your teeth, listen carefully to your wishes and make sure that your expectations are clearly understood. All relevant dental information will also be collected, including your medical questionnaire, previous dental records, X-rays and clinical photographs. If necessary, your case will be discussed internally with our team of specialists to determine the most suitable cosmetic treatment options for you.
Using the clinical photographs, we can create a digital simulation to explore what may be possible and give you a clearer impression of the potential final result. By digitally adjusting the photographs, we can show you different possibilities and check whether they reflect the result you have in mind. The simulation can also help illustrate the possible effects of treatment before any changes are made to your natural teeth. In many cases, there may be several ways to improve your smile.
Based on all the information collected, your dentist will prepare a step-by-step treatment plan for each suitable option, including the expected treatment stages and associated costs. The edited photographs, treatment information and personalised cost estimate will be sent to you and added to your dental records.
Depending on your individual dental situation, treatment may involve composite or porcelain. Composite can provide a natural-looking and durable result and has the additional advantage that it can often be repaired if necessary. If composite is not the most suitable option for you, our porcelain technician John or our clinical dental technician Jane may be able to provide an appropriate alternative.

Yes. With the help of a digital smile design, your dentist can often show you what your smile may look like after treatment.
No. You can usually book a cosmetic consultation directly, without a referral from your own dentist.
This depends on the treatment. Veneers can last for many years, while teeth whitening usually needs to be repeated over time to maintain the result.
