Are you dissatisfied with your treatment or with another aspect of our practice? We recommend that you first discuss your concerns with your treating dental professional or one of our staff members. In many cases, a personal conversation can resolve a complaint quickly and easily.
If you are unable to resolve the matter with us, or if you would prefer to discuss your complaint with someone else, you can contact our independent complaints officer. This service is provided free of charge.
The complaints officer can help you formulate your complaint clearly and may mediate between you and our practice.

You can submit your complaint verbally, in writing or by email, either to our practice or directly to the complaints officer.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement within five working days. You will receive a written response within six weeks. If necessary, this period may be extended once by a maximum of four weeks. If this is the case, we will inform you in good time.
If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with us and the complaints officer, you may contact the independent dispute resolution body to which we are affiliated.
This body may issue a binding decision and, where applicable, award compensation.
